We are pleased to invite you to the 4th Internation Conference of Global Alliance for Research on Avian Diseases (GARAD-2026) and 9th Symposium of UK-China Center of Excellence for Research on Avian Diseases (CERAD-2026), to be held in Shanghai from November 16 to 18, 2026.

The global situation in avian disease control remains critical. Major viral diseases such as Avian influenza, Newcastle disease, Infectious bronchitis, Marek's disease, and Infectious bursal disease, along with other immunosuppressive viruses, continue to spread across regions. Meanwhile, bacterial infections and the growing threat of antimicrobial resistance are intensifying, alongside increasing risks of cross-border transmission.

In response, we warmly invite scientists, veterinarians, epidemiologists, industry professionals, and early-career researchers worldwide to join us in Shanghai. This conference will provide a focused platform to exchange knowledge, share practical experience, and strengthen collaboration in poultry health and disease control.

Under the theme “One World, One Health – A New Frontier in Addressing Global Avian Disease Challenges,” the program will address key topics including viral and bacterial diseases, antimicrobial resistance, vaccines and diagnostics, immunology and disease-resistant breeding, epidemiology and transboundary spread, eradication strategies, and emerging technologies.
